His interests : Trial biking, painting, art, architecture, music, nature ...

Professional background: Although he was born near Toulouse, and worked for several years as a technical artist in the aviation industry, Christian always had just one passion: trial bikes. So in 1995 he decided to head for the Corbières and set up a biking school at the Olive bleue. He was already the French Champion in S2, he was a certified motorcycle instructor; now he was going to combine work and pleasure.

Professional background: born in Paris, organising events has always been part of her life. She took a diploma at a commercial college at the Défense in Paris and then started work with the Havas group. After 18 months working in New York, she came back to Paris, where she created her own agency. It was then that she met Christian, an event which changed her life. The consequent move to the Corbières brought her to the realm of tourism and the creation of original ideas for holidaymakers in the Aude, her “adopted home”.

And the Olive Bleue is also their two adorable kids: Manon and Paul.
